Guide to Preparing and Submitting Poster Articles

:To prepare and send your electronic poster, please follow the guide below

1. Download the poster template and paste your information into it. The dimensions of this template have already been adjusted. (Download Template Poster)

2. After pasting the contents, save the file as JPEG. For this purpose, use the File > Export > Change File Type menu > JPEG File Interchange Format (*.jpg) > Save As (as shown below). If you see a question, use the Just This One option

3. In your user dashboard in the My Articles > Submissions section, click on the option to edit the article you want

4. At the end of the form, add the image you have prepared from the previous steps to the form and send it

5. Posters will be displayed electronically on electronic poster displays at the time of the conference
